As they sat together on the park bench observing the sun as it descended towards the horizon Sarah let out a sigh of disappointment. "It's hard to believe that I've lost my job " she expressed with a tinge of sadness.

Alex, her friend placed a hand on her shoulder in an attempt to console her. Speaking softly he said, "I understand that this is a time, for you but at least you still have your health."

Sarah managed to muster a smile. Appreciated his support. "You're absolutely right " she acknowledged. ". Having someone like you, by my side means a deal."

With that acknowledgment made they both found solace in each others presence. Shared moments of silence while sitting together on the bench.
