[Es-En]Mariposa de Jean en Scrunchie Transparente DIY Transparent Scrunchie with Jean Butterfly

Hola hivers y amantes de las costuras, como les dije anteriormente @needleworkmonday tiene un reto con tela de jean, cada año lo hacen y es un éxito, esta vez me anime a participar con un tipo de lazo que aprendí hacer, se trata de una mariposa de jean en scrunchie transparente, hoy les entrego el tutorial de ambas piezas.

Hello hivers and sewing lovers, as I told you before @needleworkmonday has a challenge with jean fabric, every year they do it and it is a success, this time I decided to participate with a type of bow that I learned to make, it is a jean butterfly in transparent scrunchie, today I give you the tutorial of both pieces.

Para los materiales use varios tipos de tela: organza, bistrech y jean, también utilicé tijeras, elástica, alfileres, hilo, aguja y máquina de coser, aunque la Mariposa de Jean en Scrunchie Transparente se puede hacer a mano. El primer paso es recortar: en la tela bistrech 2 semicírculos de 6 cm, en el jean un redondo y cuadrado de 8 cm, para el organza fue un rectángulo de 60 cm x 13 cm y de elástica el largo de mi muñeca.

For the materials I used several types of fabric: organza, bistrech and denim, I also used scissors, elastic, pins, thread, needle and sewing machine, although the Jean Butterfly in Transparent Scrunchie can be made by hand. The first step is to cut out: in the bistrech fabric 2 semicircles of 6 cm, in the jean a round and square of 8 cm, for the organza it was a rectangle of 60 cm x 13 cm and for the elastic the length of my wrist.

Cosí por el revés los medio círculos, en el centro recorte en forma de cruz y le di la vuelta guardando las costuras, luego con puntadas a mano arruche el centro y amarré. Este último paso lo hice igual, uniendo el cuadrado y el círculo de jean. Con varias puntadas uní ambas piezas, siendo los semicírculos el centro de la mariposa de jean.

I sewed the half circles inside out, cut out the center in the shape of a cross and turned it over, keeping the seams, then hand stitched the center and tied it off. I did this last step in the same way, joining the square and the jean circle. With several stitches I joined both pieces, the semicircles being the center of the jean butterfly.

Ahora, es el turno del scrunchie, primero cerré el rectángulo y después, uní los bordes dejando uno por dentro como un sandwich, así fui cosiendo hasta dejar un pequeño espacio por donde le di la vuelta a todo. Con ayuda de 2 alfileres (1 para sujetar y otro para atravesar) pase la elástica y cosí en las puntas, después cerré el scrunchie en la máquina de coser.

Now, it is the turn of the scrunchie. First I closed the rectangle and then, I joined the edges leaving one inside like a sandwich, so I sewed until I left a small space where I turned the whole thing around. With the help of 2 pins (1 to hold and the other to go through) pass the elastic and sew at the ends, then I closed the scrunchie in the sewing machine.

Para finalizar, con un trocito de organza hice el centro con el que uní la mariposa de jean y el scrunchie transparente, aquí cosí a mano para ajustar bien y quede firme. Luego ajusté la costura hacia adentro y listo la mariposa de jean en scrunchie transparente. Es un accesorio muy casual que puedes hacer con telas recicladas también ¿qué les pareció mi entrada al reto de @needleworkmonday .
