Once again the Golden Method to Get Rid of Anxiety For All

I remember a time when I was so anxious about literally anything that it made my life miserable.

Many decades have passed since that time, but I still think about the time when almost everything gave me anxiety and think about the ways that I solved my problem.

A lot of people deal with anxiety on a daily basis. But to be negligent towards this social disorder will not fix anything.

Here is the thing; having to deal with anxiety is difficult enough, and that is why people rarely bring themselves to actually fight back against it.

But trust me, friends, this demon is always going to haunt your life, unless you decide to stand up and do something about it.

This takes me back to a really interesting memory from my early teenage years. I was trying to get a job and was supposed to meet someone really important.

That stressed me out. The idea of going out, dressed formally, and meeting someone I had not seen before.

The idea of talking with them, coming up with the right words, and saying them out loud without doubt or hesitation.
The idea of not messing everything up the moment I open my mouth and actually avoiding any conflict, if at all possible.

This is basically what people with anxiety disorders feel on a daily basis. It can be a some struggle.
But they should not give up. They should fight back until the problem is dealt
Because if I can do it so can you. And so any person can this

Here is a thought that helped me a lot in those days. This is my golden rule when it comes to anxiety.

Now, I don’t mean to imply that this is the definitive and unquestionable cure for social anxiety.
not a lot of people go through different things in their lives and this might not be for everyone.

Whenever you are feeling anxious about something, try to think about the worst possible outcome.

Do not think about everything that could go wrong. No, that is the mistake most people make.
Try to think about the worst possible scenario.

Try to think about ways through which that scenario could come to pass.

Once you realize that even the worst possible outcome is not going to affect you in a huge way, you will realize that your anxiety is mostly irrational.

Do not be afraid to face the demon of anxiety. One way or another, you are going to have to face it.

That is especially true if you are willing to live a full filled life, and not one that is experienced from under the shadows.
