Thought I'd leave a comment with some more details regarding payouts.

For a while now we've been delegating most of what @poshtoken earns in HP towards the top sharers through the contests, this means most of the HP of poshtoken is "locked" and the only way to free it up is if some of the sharers stopped sharing for a longer period of time. Furthermore, since it's a non-profit ran project, the author rewards it earns have also gone towards top sharers but we were hoping there'd be some extra for things like buying up posh tokens from the market or running other initiatives such as onboarding or marketing attempts for hive. The latter has of course needed to be put on pause because ever since more people joined, learned how to share better and generally got more active and doing better we've been rewarding those shares with a good amount of votes which has lead to our liquidation account @nomnomnomnom not being able to catch up fast enough with half of the staked rewards to provide the liquid rewards. It's simply been growing too fast to power down enough every week.

What does this mean for the missing payouts? Nothing much, they're all still stored but without much thought behind it are set up in a way where they reward alphabetically rather than in a chronological order based on age of the rewards. This means that whenever nomnom has extra liquids it will focus on sending pending rewards to sharers starting with the letter A.

Nothing will get lost, it'll only send rewards way later to those with usernames starting with the later letters in the alphabet.

So we made the decision to lower and pause delegation rewards for a while and the hbd rewards so we can feed nomnom to catch up on the missing payouts which are up to the tune of ~5k hive at this point in time. Without assistance this would probably take another 4-5 weeks for nomnom and maybe even longer since new shares are constantly happening so we hope to catch up with this soon and then take care of the delegation rewards and hbd rewards after - if the hive price is higher by then it'll surely help with the hbd part at the very least.

If you'd like to help, you could delegate some hp to @poshtoken and earn some posh in exchange, this will increase the curation rewards of poshtoken thus allowing us to do larger powerdowns over time. Voting on the daily redditposh and poshtoken posts will help as well, thanks!
