Triple gelato Yellow Fluff de Funky Fluid para #beersaturday (Esp-Eng))

Para el #beersaturday de esta semana os traigo de nuevo una cerveza diferente. El estilo de moda dentro del mundillo de la cerveza artesana. Se trata de las Sour pastry o Smoothie Pastry. Unas cervezas muy fáciles de beber por la gran cantidad de fruta que llevan y cuyo origen proviene de las cervezas ácidas o Sour. Al igual que ocurrió con las Stout o Porter (Cervezas negras) se le añade la coletilla de Pastry porque les añaden elementos dulces más propios de la pastelería. En este caso, la cerveza lleva un toque a marshmallow y vainilla. Una curiosidad de cerveza realmente deliciosa.

Excelente cerveza que esconde de manera magistral esos 9º de alcohol. Parece como si fuera una 0,0º. Su sabor es muy contundente a Banana y fruta de la pasión. Muy densa y sabrosa. Con destellos de marshmallow. Yo personalmente no aprecio la vainilla. Todo ello en perfecta armonía con el toque ácido característico del estilo SOUR.

Si tenéis la oportunidad de probar alguna cerveza de la línea Gelato de esta marca... no lo dudéis. A mi me encantan y estoy seguro que no os dejará indiferente.

For this week's #beersaturday I bring you a different beer again. The fashionable style within the world of craft beer. It is about the Sour pastry or Smoothie Pastry. Some beers are very easy to drink due to the large amount of fruit they contain and whose origin comes from acid or Sour beers. Excellent beer that masterfully hides those 9º of alcohol. It looks like it's a 0.0º. Its flavor is very strong Banana and passion fruit. Very dense and tasty. With sparkles of marshmallow. I personally do not appreciate vanilla. All this in perfect harmony with the characteristic acid touch of the SOUR style.

If you have the opportunity to try a beer from the Gelato line of this brand... don't hesitate. I love them and I am sure that they will not leave you indifferent.
