Someone in my Head De Fat Orange Cat Brew para #beersaturday (Esp-Eng)

Cerveza: Someone in my Head
Cervecera: Fat Orange Cat Brew (East Hampton, Estados Unidos)
Estilo: Imperial India Pale Ale
Alcohol: 8,7º
Lúpulo: Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic Y Apollo
Formato: Lata de 475 ml

Tremenda cerveza.

I think I've tried more new-to-me American breweries in these last two months than in the previous two years. The truth is that the American craft beer market is immense. Its consumption is much greater than Europe, it is a very common product and the culture, not of beer, but of craft beer is much more widespread. Added to this is that exports to Europe have multiplied due to the growing demand for American beer. Lovers of this liquid like me greatly appreciate it.

Beer: Someone in my Head
Brewery: Fat Orange Cat Brew (East Hampton, United States)
Style: Imperial India Pale Ale
Alcohol: 8.7º
Hops: Citra, Simcoe, Mosaic and Apollo
Format: 475 ml can

Tremendous beer. Very strong in aroma, flavor and body. Excellent balance between fruit flavor and hop bitterness. Of course, both are very powerful. Citrus and resinous flavors in harmony. A beer that I like, it satisfies you from the first sip. Alcohol goes completely unnoticed. The color has a beautiful cloudy orange tone and its foam accompanies you until the end like a good friend.
Impeccable preparation.

Remember when people used to make fun of America for watery tasteless beer? Definitely not the case anymore with the explosion of craft beer popularity.

A Double IPA with Citra and Mosaic would definitely be my jam. Especially one with a cool illustrated brand like that. I will have to keep an eye out for that brewery up across the border.

Wow, the name alone amusing.

Please, what's the difference between craft beer and ordinary beer?
