Cerveza: Paria IPA 7.0
Cervecera: North Brewing Company (Leeds, Reino Unido)
Estilo: American IPA
Alcohol: 6.6º

Let's go for a week with #beersaturday. This time I show you a beer from the most famous guys in Leeds. A beer that they have been repeating year after year and that is now in its seventh edition.
The beer is a commemoration of a 60-mile long cycling event through the West Yorkshire hills, the starting and returning point of which is the brewery itself. Knowing this... surely one will pedal faster... 😂😂😂

Beer: Pariah IPA 7.0
Brewery: North Brewing Company (Leeds, United Kingdom)
Style: American IPA
Alcohol: 6.6º
Hops: Belma
Format: 440 ml can

In addition to barley malts, the beer also incorporates oats and wheat, which softens the drink and makes the beer, in my opinion, not a classic American IPA, which tends to be very bitter. Very well made beer on the other hand, very smooth and light. The subtle peppery flavor stands out and combines perfectly with the fruity touches that it has with predominance of melon or mango flavors.
The beer is very tasty and has a very bearable bitterness. Ideal for after a race.
North never disappoints and in my opinion remains one of the best brewers in the entire UK.

Hola! I wonder if you could recommend some craft breweries in Madrid. I know some, but would appreciate your suggestions ;)

Hello!! Of course. I am from Zaragoza but I know Madrid very well because I have lived there for 10 years.

If you're looking for bars that sell their own brand of craft beer, there aren't many either. But I'll give you the best ones:

If what you are looking for are craft beer bars in Madrid... that is something else. There are many. I'll give you the ones I usually go to.

This is a small sample. If you are looking for something more specific or in a certain neighborhood, let me know and I will give you more information.

Cheers!!!!
