Kindred Folk de Clouwater Brewing Co. para #beersaturday(Esp-EnG)
Para esta semana en el #beersaturday os traigo una de las mejores cervezas que he probado este año. Va directa a mi top 5. Y es que se han juntado para su elaboración las que en mi opinión son la mejor cervecera británica y española... Así que nada podía ir mal.
Cerveza: Kindred Folk
Cervecera: Cloudwater Brewing Co. (Manchester, Reino Unido) Basqueland Brewing (Hernani, España)
Estilo: New England India Pale Ale
Alcohol: 6º
Lúpulos: Citra y Mosaic
Formato: Lata de 440 ml
Tal y como cuentan ambas cerveceras, se volvieron a juntar para elaborar lo que ellos denominan la hermana pequeña de "Six degrees of separation" que es otra gran colaboración que realizaron hace unos meses. Pero en mi opinión, ésta es muchísimo mejor.
La cerveza es una NEIPA en toda regla, muy afrutada, turbia y sedosa en boca, pero con los dos lúpulos que lleva en su elaboración en unas cantidades bestiales, lo que aporta un amargor adictivo y contundente. Además la cerveza está recién enlatada y el lúpulo está en su apogeo de sabor. Es como si lo masticaras .
For this week at #beersaturday I bring you one of the best beers I've tasted this year. It goes directly to my top 5. And it is that what in my opinion are the best British and Spanish brewers have come together to make it... So nothing could go wrong.

As both breweries say, they got together again to make what they call the little sister of "Six degrees of separation" which is another great collaboration they did a few months ago. But in my opinion, this one is much better.
The beer is a full-fledged NEIPA, very fruity, cloudy and silky on the palate, but with the two hops that it uses in its preparation in beastly quantities, which provides an addictive and forceful bitterness. Plus the beer is freshly canned and the hops are at their peak of flavor. It's like you chew it.
