After Artificial Intelligence

Today I watched the "After AI" video on the Isaac Arthur YouTube channel. Assuming for some reason human civilization loses access to artificial intelligence sometime after obtaining it; what would that be like? Maybe the A.I. judges humanity too dependent and voluntarily shuts itself down. Maybe humanity deems it a threat and regresses technologically to a state that can create robots and computers but not allow the necessary components for artificial intelligence. It's possible a religion might be invented to make creating artificial intelligence again a sin or taboo.
