I know some usefulness of smudge brush and today I tested one of its uses.
I tried using the smudge brush to sketch an image that appears more like a background or wallpaper.

I started from the normal color mixture before finally using the smudge brush to blend it and then creating the dolphin image out of it.
I used the smudge brush to create the waves too.
It wasn't really easy since I didn't picture how it will be in the background color but I did my best anyway to bring out the dolphin shape.
And then I used the felt pen brush to insert the two almost invisible eyes.
I took a few steps below.

Step 1
In the first step, I painted out the five different colors I used.

Step 2
And then I used the smudge brush and the airbrush to create the waves here.

Step 3
Before I started sketching out the body of the dolphin still with the smudge brush.

Step 4
I finished up the dolphin in this step, made more splashes of waves, and smoothed out the places that needed smoothening.

The smudge brush is used for different things and I tried using it to create an image today.
It's my first time doing that so I didn't expect the best though it didn't come out so bad either.
I will do better next time.
Thank you for stopping by and checking out my blog today.
