To maximize your income you need to be ready to go beyond the typical exchange of commodity which sales is about to being creative and doing things out of the box. There are lots of businesses that offer almost the same products as yours and most people don't feel the to be loyal to a particular brand or product anymore. To boost your sales you need to take steps to attract and retain your customers as much as you can and there are any ways you can do that.

First you need to improve your customer service. Every contact a client or customer makes with your business is important and determines if they will be back. You have to show that you value their time, project the right attitude and provide answers to their questions in the most pleasant way you can. To do this you must learn to be patient, understanding and emphatic. When you have good customer service almost 35% of your problems are solved.

Secondly, you need great marketing. Not some wishy-washy attempt but the right marketing. To make customers empty their wallet you have to capture their attention not just for a moment but forever if possible. They have to be hooked on what you sell when they come across it on social media, on their walk back from work or in the mall. It is important that you figure out the right message, the right medium and the right time to effectively influence your potential customers.

Thirdly you must be ready to give. People love free things and taking advantage of this will give you exposure and sales as well. I don't mean you have to give out a car in a bid to sell a house but rather a simple significant product that will not only add value to your product but also influence people to buy. For example if you sell a shampoo and conditioner kit, adding a small bottle of hair oil will catch their attention. You could also use it to create awareness for a new product as well when you include it as a complimentary gift.

Next you need to improve your social media presence. The world has gone big on socials especially with tiktoks , instagram and the rest. A large percentage of people watch these spaces everyday and so it's important that you take advantage of this. Create and post useful, attractive and interactive contents as often as you can. If you don't really understand how to go about it you can hire a social media manager.

You also need to figure out the right price for your products. Too high and you will scare potential customers off, too low and people will assume you sell inferior products. You need to consider a lot of factors including your competition, the quality of your product, your target market and others before determining the right price for your product.

Other ways to boost your sales include; selling in bundles rather than singly, giving coupons and highlighting the benefits of your products.
