Waiting to be served "Yummy" from LEO's Kitchen - The New BTC
The last 10 months has been quite an interesting journey with the LeoFianance community after the Steem-Hive break-out. Prior to the fork, I had over a thousand LEO tokens and at some point I seemed to have lost interest in the project. I powered down and sold off, especially with the uncertainties we had during the Steem hostile takeover. However, after the break-out of Hive, I started having a better understanding of the LeoFinance project and had to double my efforts in engagement and promotion of the community.
My LEO holdings began to grow tangibly from 500 tokens to 1,000 to 2,000 ... and I got more motivated each day to add to power up and even buy some more tokens while they were around the 2 cent value. Gradually but consistently, we started counting our stake in thousands and started giving out some tangible amount of tokens in upvote. That was a great motivation for me.
The Flip
One unexpected thing that happened in the LeoFinance was when road map for development started rolling out and traffic started building in the community, things changed... suddenly than expected and LEO became a king in Hive's jungle. The price of LEO flip HIVE and scales all the way to the present 2.5 times ahead. Lo, https://leofinance.io/ has become a blogging home for all crypto and blockchain enthusiasts and movement is accelerating each passing day.
In face, @LeoFInance passed the probation test as a sustainable crypto community and is heading towards becoming a Holding Company as the project lead @khaleelkazi would say. Reading his vision for 2021, every person seeking financial freedom would have one choice of supporting Khal to have the visions realized. Taking a look at the preview of 2020's successes is the testimonial for the possible delivery of 2021's dreams for the community.
Having all of the above successfully executed even as a sub community in the "big" Hive ecosystem was a great feat while yet to be listed among top witnesses (decision makers) of the ecosystem. Khal has passed the litmus test of being a successful tech and business strategist. Thanks to his team and advisers.
Forward 2021
The new year is already here and there is a great excitement in the LEO's circle with some teasers of upcoming airdrops and some strategic development i the community. This helps to keep rising https://leofinance.io/ to the top 40k websites globally. Achieving that within a space pf 15 months is quite commendable. Thanks also to the Hive's infrastructure that makes resources cheap and decentralization a reality.
At this juncture, I am keenly anticipating some "yummy" delicacies coming from the LEO's kitchen where Khal is the Chief Chef.

I'm hopeful that the items in the above menu and other global additions be served soon lest we salivate for long. I love good meals especially when prepared by experienced hands. The feel and taste would definitely be awesome from LEO's kitchen.
As I wrap, did you notice that LEO's market capitalization is approaching $2 million USD? This is happening when the price is only a little above a quarter of a dollar. it's also amazing to see that just 2.4% of LEO token are kept liquid. At this juncture, one can say that all LeoFinance investors are long term thinkers and you know what that means.

I initially did the same thing for the same reason. Nice to know I'm not alone. But, I was much slower to catch up. No I'm in full conversion mode going from steem and hive into Leo. I like how transparent Khal is and there is intention behind his ideas. I'm enjoying the ride and looking for big things.

It's really a great opportunity to get to be part of the new social media btc.
Being on LeoFinance has impacted my life positively in terms of learning and earning.
Which I'm sure this is just the beginning of a new crypto Era. Bitcoin has done it and I believe Leo can do even better.
