LeoGlossary: Pocket Listing

A real estate property that was made for sale yet is not publicly listed for all to make offers on. The only one who is aware of it is the listing agent since it is not in the MLS.

Traditionally this was used by high end sellers who did not want it known what they are doing. In recent years, this become more common among different segments of the market.
