Day #86 and I'm back for my seriously comedic FIX on the Hive in the I Am alive Challenge

If not, I'm going to share a little story- filled with some humour (that I hope you will understand) for the #FeatheredFriends photo/story/comment #Contest that I wrote last night for the #FeatheredFriends Comment Contest -Round 14

So here's my little bit of old fashioned slap stick humour, with Voices, dialogue and story inspired by a mishmash of Basil Fawlty (John Cleese), Hogans Heroes and Monty Python (Eric Idle) and Allo Allo....

Shhhh, whispered Tiny

Tiny, TINY...

WHAT?! yelled Tiny angrily in a low whisper

Yeah but Tiny can you see them? whispered Barry again.

Like I said last time you asked that Barry, I will signal when I see them ok? Tiny whispered back frustrated as he kept rock still, staring into the beyond.

Hey guys, guys! Terry whispered loudly to the group. You know we're not the only ones here don't you?

Terrance...TERRY, can you please turn your head back around so your facing the front like everyone else and stop drawing attention to us said Tiny through his gritted beak as he sighed with annoyance.

I know that the Seagulls are sneaking and slinking up behind us and you all know as well as I do, if they get caught, they'll be gone in an instant, a flock of feathers flying everywhere, so that's why we all have to be on our best stealth mode.

So please soldiers, everyone on radio silence thank you.

OK Tiny, ok then...

Major!

Sorry?

Major.

What is?

My TITLE you twit Terry!

I am your Major. I am Major Tiny to you Terry. Tiny said with exasperation in his voice.

Now all of you, pick yourselves up and STOP slouching!

You're all meant to be in some semblance of a neat and uniform pattern.

You, over there to my right, laying down on the job. What is you name soldier?

Uh oh ummm my name is Darren.

Darren what?

Darren Watt.

No what?

Watt.

Major Tiny rolled his eyes and looked up into the sky above wishing that he wasn't there.
He didn't belong there. They weren't his usual team.

Now What on earth are you doing laying down while on the job Darren What??

Watt sir.

Don't what me Darren! I asked you for your name soldier, because I'll be reporting you to the general when we get back onto our base.

But what for Major Tiny? I didn't do anything.

Exactly. You refuse to tell me your name and you're there on the ground sleeping away while the rest of us stand at attention waiting for the parade masters to arrive.

But sir I did tell you my name- It's Darren Watt.

What!?

Yes that's right sir- Watt!

Tiny stood wings clenched tight, breathing hard, trying to calm himself before he blew his top.

And then what's your excuse for laying on the ground then soldier.

Oh sir didn't you know, I'm the on-ground lookout.

The What?!

Yes, that's right sir, I'm the on-ground lookout. It is my job to hear the ground rumble underneath all of the footsteps- when they get here ofcourse.

An on-ground lookout. Well I have never....

Well you have now sir, so if you'll be quiet, I need to put my ear to the ground and keep listening.

Tiny stood, wings clenched even tighter, breathing harder and faster, staring out into the beyond, rage and embarrassment swirling around in his mind, making him see funny things in his vision as they stood there and waited, as the hot sun pounded down onto them..

I hope you enjoyed this written skit comedy of errors...as much as I was seeing it in my head and hearing all of the English, German and Faux French accents 🤣

Ok, Okay, here I am! slurred Calli Cockatieli as she straightened up her stance and stuck her Crest out as far as her feathers would go.

I know I'm a pretty bird, a pretty bird, a pretty bird...but I also know I've drunk too much, drunk to much, drunk too much, so please hurry up @BrittandJosie, I really don't know how much longer I can stand up! sang and burped the slushie birdy as @brittandjosie slowly carved her beautiful figure out of fresh Sandalwood.

Soon, now Calli and I'll almost be done...soothed @brittandjosie and then you can relax and have another Tieli Tonic ok.

Oh but @brittandjosie, I'm sooo thirsty now!

Well you're just going to have to wait a few more minutes aren't you Callie @brittandjosie replied with frustration in her voice.

***I'm slipping, I'm sleepy, I'm THIRSTY!! ***Screamed Calli as her head dipped dangerously forward.

Two more minute Calli, just 2 more minutes Ok. OKAY Callie? Said @brittandjosie as she looked down to her carving.

Nope. NOPE that's it. I AM done! said Calli as she fell forward into her Tieli Tonic Cockatail.

If you want to actually pay me more than Cockateiltailes, then I might be a better model! she scoffed as she took a large gulp.

Hey Sweetheart, SWEETHEART, whatchyou doin laters she slurred to the wooden statue beside her as she tried to wink seductively...
