1 year and 11 months ago, on March 5, 2019 I signed up on Hive.
Before coming to Hive I didn't know about the decentralized world of blockchains and although the beginning was not easy at all, today I'm happy to have taken this path and especially to have known Hive.

Today 1 HIVE is worth $0.1524.

The value of 1 HIVE has increased compared to 30 days ago but it is still too low if we consider all that Hive offers.

What can you do on Hive?

On Hive:

• You can write and publish content without the fear that your post might be censored.
• You can be rewarded if the content you publish is liked or useful to other users.
• You can vote and reward authors who have written a useful post or one that you like.
• You can know, interact and confront yourself with the ideas and experiences of many users of different nationalities and it is from the confrontation that the best ideas are born.
• You can join one of the many communities of Hive and share your interests and passions.
• You can create your own community
• You can create your own token on Hive Engine and distribute or sell it
• You can play one of the many fun decentralized games like Splinterlands or Rising Star that not only entertain you but also reward you for playing.
• You can participate in contests and challenges, or you can create your own contest or challenge.
• You can transfer HIVE tokens in seconds and without any transaction fees.
• You can do many other things...

Can all this be worth $0.15?

I think not and the more I look around the more I realize the great value that Hive has not from a monetary point of view but from the point of view of its usefulness.

My goals on Hive

Precisely because I believe in the project of Hive and in the strength of its community I have set myself some goals of growth and I have also set a date by which I want to achieve my goals: the 31 December 2021.

I chose a main goal that is hard to achieve but if a goal is easy it is definitely uninspiring.

My Wallet

On January 4, 2021 on my Wallet I had a total value of 11867.616 HIVE (HIVE+HP+HBD).

Today, February 3, 2021 my Wallet contains: 12656 HP and 303 HIVE.

Adding up all the data, the total value of my portfolio is 12959,607 HIVE

The total HIVE (HP+HDB+HIVE) I earned in one month is 1091.99 HIVE.
This is slightly higher than the December result (1059 HIVE).
I close the month with an increase in value of my wallet of +8.43%.

I created a table to monitor my path to the goal I set for myself.
In the table I have also calculated and set intermediate (monthly) goals that, if achieved, will allow me to reach my final goal more easily.
In the previous two months I did not reach the intermediate goals.

The goal to reach in the month of January was 1511.03 HIVE.
For the third month in a row I did not reach my monthly goal and therefore the monthly goal for February is increased to 1549.13 HIVE.

Reputation is one of the mechanisms that most differentiates Hive from other centralized and traditional platforms.
In fact, in traditional social, it is not important the activity of the user or the quality of the content posted. The only important thing for Facebook & Co. are the user's data and the use and monetization of such data.

On January 4, 2021 my reputation was 72.01.
Today, January 4, 2021 my reputation is 72.38.

In one month my reputation has grown by 0.37 points and the percentage increase is +0.51%.

Writing and publishing posts on Hive is an activity that I like and enjoy.
To date, I have published 839 posts.

In the month of January I published 42 posts (3 more posts than in January).
In order to reach my goal I need to publish 461 more posts in 11 months, so I need to publish at least 41 posts every month.

Engagement goal (total number of comments): 15000

I'm a big believer in the value and importance of interaction between Hive users.
Interacting is a way to know ideas and thoughts different from mine and it's an important moment of growth.
Interaction on Hive corresponds mainly in the writing of comments and in the answers to the comments you receive.
For this reason I have set a goal for the number of comments as well.

To date I have written 8611 comments (just over 12 comments per day).

In order to get to 15000 comments by December 31, 2021, I need to increase my comment writing average.

Onboarding goal: at least 28 people

This is a goal I care deeply about and I try to take every opportunity I can to promote Hive.
I share my Hive posts on traditional social media to introduce Hive to people who don't know Hive exists.
I use twitter and messaging apps but this month I want to start using other blogging platforms to advertise Hive even more.

At the beginning of January I had 542 followers, today I have 567 (+25 from the previous month's report).

January: Considerations

---

In the month of January I was not able to reach the monthly goal that I had set at the beginning of the month but, although difficult, I still think I can reach the final goal.

In the month of January the total amount of rewards from posts increased while the total amount of rewards from curation activities decreased slightly.

Conclusion

Reaching the annual 30000 HP goal will depend a lot on the time I have available in the coming months.
The work commitments are more and more but the earnings follow an opposite direction, so I may have less and less time to dedicate to Hive but I will always do my best to achieve all the goals that I have set.
As I do in every monthly report I want to thank all the people who follow me, who read and comment on my posts and all the people who support me with their upvotes and who have contributed to the growth of my account.
In particular I want to thank and I will never get tired of doing it @fedesox who has supported me since the beginning of my adventure on Hive and who supports and encourages the publishing activity of many users.

1 anno e 11 mesi fa, il 5 marzo 2019 mi sono iscritto su Hive.
Prima di Hive non conoscevo il mondo decentralizzato delle blockchains e anche se l'inizio non è stato per niente facile, oggi sono felice di aver intrapreso questo percorso e soprattutto di aver conosciuto Hive.

Oggi 1 HIVE vale 0,1524$

Il valore di 1 HIVE è cresciuto rispetto a 30 giorni fa ma è ancora un valore troppo basso se consideriamo tutto quello che offre Hive.

Per il terzo mese consecutivo non ho raggiunto l'obbiettivo mensile e per questo motivo l'obbiettivo mensile da raggiungere nel mese di febbraio aumenta ed è di 1549,13 HIVE.

La reputazione è uno dei meccanismi che più differenzia Hive dalle altre piattaforme centralizzate e tradizionali.
Infatti nei social tradizionali non è importante l'attività dell'utente o la qualità dei contenuti pubblicati. L'unica cosa importante per Facebook & Co. sono i dati dell'utente e l'utilizzo e monetizzazione di tali dati.

In un mese la mia reputazione è cresciuta di 0,37 punti e la percentuale di incremento è di +0.51%.

Scrivere e pubblicare post su Hive è un'attività che mi piace e mi diverte.
Fino ad oggi ho pubblicato 839 post.

Nel mese di gennaio ho pubblicato 42 post (3 post in più rispetto al mese di gennaio).
Per raggiungere il mio obbiettivo devo pubblicare ancora 461 post in 11 mesi e quindi devo pubblicare almeno 41 post ogni mese.

Credo molto nel valore e nell'importanza dell'interazione tra gli utenti di Hive.
Interagire è un modo per conoscere idee e pensieri diversi dal mio ed è un importante momento di crescita.
L'interazione su Hive corrisponde principalmente nella scrittura dei commenti e nelle risposte ai commenti che si ricevono.
Per questo motivo mi sono posto un obbiettivo anche per quanto riguarda il numero di commenti.

Fino ad oggi ho scritto 8611 commenti (poco più di 12 commenti al giorno).

Per arrivare a 15000 commenti entro il 31 dicembre del 2021 devo incrementare la mia media di scrittura.

Questo è un obbiettivo a cui tengo molto e cerco di cogliere ogni occasione utile per promuovere Hive.
Condivido i miei post di Hive sui social tradizionali per far conoscere Hive alle persone che non conoscono l'esistenza di Hive.
Uso molto twitter ma questo mese voglio iniziare a utilizzare altre piattaforme di blogging per pubblicizzare ancora di più Hive.

Gennaio: Considerazioni

Nel mese di gennaio non sono riuscito a raggiungere l'obbiettivo mensile che mi ero prefissato all'ìnizio del mese ma, anche se difficile, credo ancora di poter raggiungere l'obbiettivo finale.

Nel mese di gennaio è aumentato il totale delle ricompense derivate dalla pubblicazione dei post mentre è leggermente diminuito il totale delle ricompense derivate dall'attività di curation.

Conclusione

Il raggiungimento del traguardo annuale dei 30000 HP dipenderà molto dal tempo che avrò a disposizione nei mesi prossimi.
Gli impegni lavorativi sono sempre di più e il guadagno segue invece una direzione opposta e quindi potrei avere sempre meno tempo da dedicare ad Hive ma mi impegnerò sempre al massimo per raggiungere tutti gli obbiettivi che mi sono posto.

Come faccio in ogni mio report voglio ringraziare tutte le persone che mi seguono, che leggono e commentano i miei post e tutte le persone che mi supportano con i loro upvotes e che hanno contribuito alla crescita del mio account.
In particolare voglio ringraziare e non mi stancherò mai di farlo @fedesox che mi ha supportato fin dall'inizio della mia avventura su Hive e che supporta e incentiva l'attività di pubblicazione di tanti utenti.
