Splinterlands - Daily Quest using Abilities?

I have been playing the daily quest now for more than a year and it is just within the past month that I am seeing more daily quest requiring me to use an ability in order to complete. Today is no exception as the ability in focus is Snipe.

For those who do not know Splinterlands now has a Wiki page:

An organized and well detail site on the game's ins and outs. I believe @unitqm been working diligently in updated the pages and info. I know so because I see him chatting it up on discord :p

I like the wiki resource as it lists out all monsters with a specific ability and in the case of snipe there are 15 monsters to choose from. Since I "accidentally" purchased a max level Silvershields Archer recently I decided to use it to complete today's quest.

The snipe ability is advantageous for attacking lethal monsters with very low health and some that pop into my head are:

Exploding Dwarf
Vampire
Serpentine Spy and any of the low level monsters with opportunity ability such as,
Maggots
Parasitic Growth
Feasting Seaweed
Screeching Vulture

It is pretty sweet to neutralize an opponent's plan of attack when having a monster with abilities. It also makes gamers have to invest in monsters with specific abilities in order to stay competitive in the daily quest. Can you imagine if the quest match only allowed water splinter and snipe to complete? Having either a Pirate Captain or Sniping Narwhal would be the only monsters to achieve success in that situation. Personally I have a higher level Pirate Captain but not a Sniping Narwhal. Probably it will be a future investment. lol.
