The Daily Contest - Trillion Dollar Market Cap!

We passed a trillion dollars in the crypto world!

Not bad for magical internet money. There might also be months of this to go so keep an eye on the market and let's see how high we can climb.

For the contest today let's do something related to the exploding market cap.

Let's say this continues and the market cap goes up from here. It goes up to the point were money has no value and everyone is using cryptocurrency. I mean everyone. You take out your phone and order your food with it.

What does this future look like?

Is it the same as it is now where we just replace fiat with a stable coin? Or is it a utopia where people earn money on their phone and do not have to worry about their bills. You can go dystopia too if you like but since we are on a crypto site that answer might not be too popular :p.

I want you to tell me what a future of crypto looks like. You can make a post about it and link it or make a quick one sentence post if you choose. Effort is usually taken into consideration but short posts can be good too.

Sadly, humans are humans and I don't think it would look too different than what we are seeing today. As long as we are still using some form of currency and putting a value on things it will probably always be about the same. Friends will be out to eat and instead of saying hey, I'll Venmo you for my share of the meal they will say hey, I will send you some BTC or LTC to cover my share of dinner. The one thing that will probably be different is that there will be easier ways to know who you are sending crypto to. If it is going to be adopted on a mass scale, there needs to be an easier way than private and public keys. Sure you can scan a QR code, but it has to be better than that. The other thing that I hope would be different is a greater blurring of the lines between the classes. That would be an awesome reality that an economy based solely on cryptocurrency might actually bring us.

In this part you are right, humans are the ones who literally "spoil the party".

But thinking positive, cryptocurrencies have everything to help us have our freedom and financial security. Things that we don't have in a bank or government today.

Amazing how fast things are changing with Blockchain and crypto technology. The good thing is that a blockchain like Hive would help close the gap between the rich and poor thereby bringing us close to equality.

Good luck to all participants!

When it comes to cryptocurrencies, the future will be incredible, as cities are being created to have a crypto-based economy and Musk intends to establish a colonization on Mars and there we will not have the fiat currencies as we know it here, it will be the cryptocurrencies that will be part of the economy of the place.

I imagine that we will have more and more people buying houses, cars and other assets not only with BTC but also other alts like ETH and why not LEO? Who knows, one day we may have these conditions.

I think you can make a certain hashtag about your contest , hashtaging contest with your own tag will bring more participants. I just read the post of contest if there is a daily contest.
