No matter what type of market you trade, there are certain health hazards that can cause serious damage to your mind and body overtime without you even realising. It would be really sad to put so much effort into creating a better life and not be able to enjoy it in the long run. A lot of traders skip meals, live on junks, stare at screens in one position all day and this goes on for days, weeks and even months. Incase you don't know you are slowly digging your grave and probably make all your efforts go to waste. To prevent that there are certain steps and things you must do so your wealth doesn't stay lost on the blockchain.

Number one tip to staying healthy while trading is eating right. It is not enough to eat junks and a couple of snacks all day. Regular balanced diet is very important so instead of having pizza delivered to your home all day opt for organic and more nutritious meals. There are many restaurants that offer organic and balanced menus you can choose from over the net or over the phone. Since you wouldn't have lots of time in your hands trading you can have it delivered to your home. Replace carb filled snacks with fruits like nuts, salads or other ones that catch your fancy because just like your phone or laptop needs recharging same goes for your body. Take lots of water as well at least 3-5 liters day to help your digestive system and even your entire system.

Next, you need good sleep. It can be very hard to sleep when certain trades are on or when you feel you might miss out on a major buy or sell opportunity but then you still need 7-8 hours of sleep. I am sure many are already wondering just how they would fit that into their trading schedule. Research has proven that lack of sleep impairs your memory, causes loss of creativity, productivity and also affect decision making. That means as a trader you might start to make bad decisions, become irritated while trading and accumulate even more loss. Enough sleep is required to keep your brain working at its best and help you focus even better so what is a trader without good sleep? Even if you can't sleep 8hrs straight, a couple 2hrs from time to time could also help. It is important that you take advantage to rest your brain whenever the opportunity presents itself even if it's during the day.

You also need to exercise. This doesn't mean you have to run a 1000 miles a day, a simple 30 minute work out at home is fine. If you can afford a thread mill or other simple equipment, an hour or 30 minutes is very good for your health. Exercise will help increase blood flow to all part of your body including your brain and ultimately help you make better choices. Instead of relying on energy drinks or drugs, a good exercise routine should give you that pump you need. Instead of having food or other stuffs delivered to you, you can take a stroll or jog that way you would be killing two birds. Exercise will help straighten those bones that are tired from crunching all day. Do ensure to exercise your eyes as well by taking breaks from the screen and also use stress relief balls for your fingers.

Having a healthy mind and body requires time and effort so learn to balance trading wuth other aspects of your life do they don't kill each other.
