MyHiveGoals (29th Nov' 21) - Improving on the "Value" I give in upvotes ($4.4)

On the first day of this month, I stated MyHiveGoals for the month of November 2021 and tagged it "Crypto Billionaire Journey", the unique identity which came as a result of the unfolding beauty of Hive and hive-engine tokens I foresaw. Though I never saw HIVE priced at $3 within the month, however, the new developments and updates around communities spoke volumes of the path we're taking to sustainability and thriving on the Hive blockchain.

I've been very obsessed with the second layer tokens created on Hive-engine because they power communities on Hive and for all I know, community and dapps carry the potential force that would scale HIVE to it's new height. I trust that if all communities built on Hive dedicate some tangible resources and energy to promoting their "thing" outside this chain we'll see many out there embrace HIVE from the communities.

Away from the regular way of stating my staking goals and the level of achievement with the stakes as I've been doing in the past, I decided to look at #myhivegoals in terms of the value I'm able to give to other users of the blockchain by upvote. While the token stakes may be increasing, if it does not improve the value we give to the community and the blockchain generally, then, we're not actually growing.

It became important to view the value I give to other users of the communities and blockchain based on how much HIVE and its US dollar equivalent when posts are upvoted at 100%. Interestingly, while the HIVE equivalent of the upvote value given by second layer upvotes are decreasing, the UD dollar equivalent is better then when I last checked. Two weeks ago, the cumulative value of 100% upvote from my hive-engine token stakes was worth 3.36 HIVE (3.12). That was when HIVE rallied around $1 in price.

Amazingly, the pump in the price of Hive which started a week ago had caused a dump in hive-engine tokens, thereby causing the tokens market to bleed, however, the value gets better and now sits at $4.4. Adding $0.1 from my HIVE stake would give a decent output of $4.5 USD from my entire HIVE holdings. Below are the breakdown of the upvote values.

From the above details, my daily curation earnings with hive-engine token stake holdings stand at 10 times $2.2, which gives $22. Multiplying that over 30 days would amount to $660 USD. That's a a decent amount to earn from just "liking" posts and comments on a socialmedia called HIVE.

Note that the amount of these tokens and their total worth varies which also is the reason for the varying curation outcome. The ranking does in no way show that one token is more valuable to the other, it is a rank of their yield according to the value of each token in my entire curation portfolio. You have to do your own research thoroughly to know which token that deserves a greater proportion of your investment.

My second layer curation portfolio is getting stronger by the day and it seems I've found the tokens I'd be ready to go on a long term counting to 10 years and more. These tokens barely reach a dollar today, but a time cometh when they'll trade for two or three digit value.
