Market Friday At Gas Station
Hello everyone,
It's good to be here on this amazing community and I hope you're all doing well and having a great start to the weekend. Today is Friday which means it is another #MarketFriday initiated by the wonderful woman in person of @dswigle which give rise to this amazing initiative to share our market experience around the globe.
My entry to market Friday for this week doesn't meet me unaware due to the situation I found myself. My gas cylinder has been sending me some signal lately and I am well aware that I will be out of gas anytime soon.
I am happy that I was out of gas at a perfect time, because that's happened when my wife is boiling water for our baby to bath. I would have been more concerned if she is cooking our meals 😂 when we're out of gas because I love food so much 🤔.
I don't just refill my gas cylinder at just anywhere gas station because I have a taste for quality stuff. There is this gas station named "Lite Gas" which is not far from my house and it's my preference place to refill my gas not just because their gas is cheap because many of you will be thinking that I love cheap things. Though, I love cheap things if it's of great quality but that's not for the gas as the price is higher now a days.
The reason why I chose to keep refilling my gas cylinder at this particular filling station was because their gas is costly and durable which means that I am getting quality gas even though it is costly and that's win win for both side.
Refilling gas cylinder has been a tough challenges due to price inflation and economy recession especially here in Nigeria. But what can one do, we have to strive to survive. I noticed a little bit of price drop of gas compared to the last time I went to refill my gas cylinder. I refilled my 6k gas cylinder at the rate of $6.16 compared to the last time I refilled my gas cylinder which the price is above $7. I am very happy that price drop down a little bit which is a great relief. Thou, anytime I went to refill my gas cylinder, I always make sure to take extra cash with my because the price is unpredictable.
I am happy to share with you about the experience I have at the gas station and a big thanks to @dswigle for this amazing initiative.

Alright ma'am. I will do so right after
To go to market unexpectedly without plan is a great lost and is not good,is better you are ready and be prepared before being to the market
I am a loyal customer also. I have to admit that sometimes being loyal to one company truly allows you to develop a working relationship with them.
At time, I have gotten better discounts or small niceties. I think when you find a company you like, that keeps the prices honest or in line with everyone else, I keep loyal.
Thank you for sharing your experience with us regarding you gas company!
#MarketFriday began as a way to reach out across the globe and learn about different cultures through by their markets, especially local markets and farmers markets and eventually branching out and evolving over time from straight shopping to a cultural affair as it highlights how we differ and then again, how much we are alike. We have become a melting pot of culture, but, it is still the Rituals, Festivals, food, architecture, even your language/languages that separate us... Along with the fact of what is these things are normal for us. There are unwritten rules that rule our social behaviors. I see this as allowing for increased tolerance between cultures and nations, and opportunities to come together on an even playing ground. A strong culture can be beneficial to a country as it promotes unity, especially during a crisis, peaceful debate, and open dialogue. I have learned so much about all of you and it has been an amazing experience. I can only hope that learning about each other can help us work together for a peaceful world.
