My Actifit Report Card: August 7 2022

Hello Actifitters! I hope you all are healthy and doing well there. Today I was out of the city at the day time because I went to Islamabad for some urgent work with my friend.

At the afternoon I came back and then after refreshing my self and taking rest, at the evening time I went outside with my fellows and then we all went for a walk on our old path. We also jogged a little and after walking we came back and played some table tennis today after a long time as it has been my favorite sports to play. My step count today have reached to 6.4k today!
