Can't control your anger? Is intense anger making you mentally ill? Here are some ways to reduce your anger.

There is no doubt that exercise is good for your heart and your mental health. Even quiet exercises like yoga keep your body and mind fresh and help keep your mood fresh. But where are the benefits of comparatively less peaceful practice? Is it good for your mental health to skip or hit hard on the tennis court?

Initially, doctors will tell you to stay away from this type of exercise. However, this does not mean that there is no place for such exercises. Almost all the players will report that the first and foremost reason for their good mental health is their hardcore exercise. Some of us should use all our anger, sadness, pride and other negative feelings in our exercise.

Rest, digest:

Digestion is the most important. It is very important to be able to digest the practice. The fatigue that extra exercise can give you can affect your mental health. So, take a break after practice. After a very intense rock climbing the sunset scene may complete your workout
