So this week we had a $7,811 increment to the pool from post earnings.

THE POOL

To get the right value of the pool, we must first convert the earnings from posts in Hive and then add them to those deriving from sales.

The value that will come out of it will be probable even if it will not be exact due to market fluctuations and exchange rate approximations.

$202.512 is equivalent at the time of this writing to approximately 584.09 Hive.

The pool that is created, therefore amounts to

741.600 + 584.09 - 40 = 1,285.690 Hives

Lower than last week due to the growth in value of Hive

If we make a comparison with the graph of the previous week, we immediately notice how the pool deriving from posting works has dropped considerably compared to that deriving from the direct sale of NFTs, despite the market being at a standstill.

This is only the result of the exchange rate between Hive and Dollar, in fact if we analyze in detail, this week the pool deriving from posting works has grown much more than that deriving from sales.

If we want to calculate an annual return value, we just need to multiply the interest distributed this week by the number of weeks that make up a year, i.e. 52.
We thus obtain an annual interest of 108.004 Hive.
Which means that we are getting a total annual return of around 10% on the initial investment made.

Questa settimana abbiamo quindi avuto un incremento di 7,811 $ per la pool derivante dai guadagni dei post.

LA POOL

Per avere il valore giusto della pool, dobbiamo convertire prima i guadagni dai post in Hive e poi sommarli a quelli derivanti dalle vendite.

Il valore che ne uscirà fuori, sarà verosimile anche se non sarà esatto dovuto alle oscillazioni di mercato e alle approssimazioni di cambio.

202,512 $ equivalgono al momento in cui scriviamo a circa 584,09 Hive.

La pool che si viene a creare, ammonta quindi a

741,600 + 584,09 - 40 = 1.285,690 Hive

Più bassa della scorsa settimana per via della crescita di valore di Hive

Se andiamo a fare un raffronto con il grafico della settimana precedente, notiamo subito come la pool derivante dalle opere di posting si sia abbassata notevolmente rispetto a quella derivante dalla vendita diretta di NFT, nonostante il mercato sia stato fermo.

Questo è frutto soltanto del tasso di cambio tra Hive e Dollaro, infatti se andiamo ad analizzare nel dettaglio, questa settimana la pool derivante dalle opere di posting è cresciuta molto di più rispetto a quella derivante dalle vendite.
