Hello my beautiful people, especially the beloved and empowered Ladies of Hive, today I'm sharing my entry in community contest 236, hosted by my friend @marivic10. I'm inviting my friend @giocondina to participate, and I'm also inviting all the ladies of this community to join in. The question I chose to answer is the following:

What type of food do you prefer? Are you on the 'healthy team' or do you prefer junk food? Or do you simply maintain a good balance between the two?

I definitely prefer healthy food where it's abundant: green salads dressed with natural yogurt, fruits and vegetables, zero processed carbohydrates, zero polyunsaturated fats, and the fats I can use are unsaturated fats like olive, coconut, or sesame oil. The important thing is knowing how to choose what I can eat that's healthy.

Generally, when I go out to a restaurant, I try to eat healthy food whenever possible. I usually order grilled chicken, meat, or fish, accompanied by green salads or a cooked salad. And I always order sugar-free juices.

Eating healthy is beneficial for your health; this has been scientifically proven. Eating healthy and living a healthy lifestyle, accompanied by physical exercise, is essential for our bodies to stay strong and full of vitality. Generalmente cuando salgo algún restaurante trato en lo posible de comer comida sana, suelo ordenar pollo, carne o pescado a la plancha, acompañado de ensaladas verdes, o ensalada cocida. Y los jugos siempre lo pido sin azúcar.

Comer saludable y llevar una vida sana acompañado de ejercicios físicos es fundamental para que nuestro cuerpo se mantenga fuerte y lleno de vitalidad. Nuestro sistema inmunológico se mantenga fuerte y prevenimos enfermedades, se fortalece nuestra calidad de vida y asi evitamos enfermedades.

Hi there.
One of th ambassadors of junk food here!)but I get where you're coming from. I think I exaggerated a bit, I can't choose between healthy food and junks sometimes. I want both all the time. Healthy food first, the junks, yes yes that's just about right. Then I can down a juice later or dessert

Eating healthy is a most,when you start aging that's when you will notice the effect of eating balanced and healthy food. Anyways I do eat junk and healthy food but not in excess.
