Hi, I'm trying to register my wife's account (@yunnie) as a vendor. We've paid and delegated, but after completing the vender registration form, it seems to get stuck unresponsive.
We have to approve it on our end. Been dealing with moving the site to a new server, plus we had a holiday today. Will get it approved tomorrow. Sorry for the delay.
I am not seeing that username in our Store directory. I see where you paid the vendor fee, but just not seeing the user in our database or any other notifications, unless you signed up under your name, in case I think I know which account it is.
